The idea of writing together has long been our ambition. Both ex-headteachers and practising musicians, and with over 60 years of teaching experience between us in the Primary phase, we felt confident that we could write music that was tailored specifically to this age group. We have both led and developed school choirs and brass groups, writing our own music for them and, of course, we have both staged school productions and have learnt through our experiences.

 

We know what works, and more importantly, what works well.
